I'm a local wedding photographer with over a decade of experience, a passport full of stamps, and a knack for making people feel like rockstars on their big day.
I exist to empower couples, eliminate fear & create fun. I’m based in Canmore but have photographed love stories in over 40 countries and I seriously believe the Rockies is the most incredible place in Canada for an adventure elopement.
Whether you’re planning a quiet ceremony or an all-out party, I’m here to document the real stuff—the tears, the belly laughs, and every in-between moment that makes your day yours.

What does a 10 hour ROCKIEs elopement look like?

First Look
Explore easy access trails with fewer crowds at sunrise for a raw, private first look & portraits in the day's most magical light.
9-11 am
Location 1
Continue along nearby trails, gain some elevation and mix things up! Every corner you turn unveils another mesmerizing view.
1-5 pm
Location 2
After a lunch break, we continue to a second location for more exploring. Relax, take your time and enjoy the area.
6-7 pm

A good place to start is to ask yourselves what kind of experience you want to have. Most adventure based elopements require 3-4 hours of activity on top of the commitment ceremony, getting ready and any drive time. I recommend a full day.

Although it doesn't sound ideal, moody weather can make for some seriously incredible photos, and clouds are actually wonderful for soft, even lighting. Inclement weather is another thing, however, especially in the mountains. Outdoor elopements need backup plans and plenty of flexibility--so don't worry, this will all be built into your timeline planning!

YES! And for so many reasons - one, trails and locations are almost ALWAYS quieter on weekdays. You can almost guarantee yourself more seclusion by choosing days like Tuesday or Wednesday. Plus, hotels and other services may offer discounted rates during the week. Many places in Canada have surge prices on busy weekends!

Include it. Eloping doesn't mean giving up the important traditions that come with big weddings. Have a ring bearer, a first dance, anything you want!

What's stopping you? It ain't me! The wonderful thing about elopements is this: there are no rules! You get to decide what is most important to you, and what to do about it. 2-25 guests is ideal.

No way - not if you don't want to!! I love crazy challenging hikes and adventures, but it's not for everyone and that's 1,000% fine. I'm happy to help you find activities that work best for your comfort levels! Always be aware of and respect your boundaries :) I'm listening!
